Whilst this is not an option when placing your order you, or the recipient, may choose to redirect the parcel to a local shop to collect at your convenience once it has been dispatched.
If this service is available in your region you will be offered this option by DPD when they send your tracking number via email or text so make sure at least one of these are provided when placing your order.

Please note that if you do choose this option you will not be able to select any further delivery changes. We recommend that the parcel is collected from the shop as soon as possible, to ensure that the plant remains healthy.
The named recipient’s photo ID must be when collecting the parcel. Unfortunately we are unable to change the named recipient once a parcel has left us.
