Over the years we’ve worked with small local businesses and international organisations to provide crates for product launches, restaurant openings, invitations, event promotions, competition prizes, and client thank-yous.

Get in touch to discuss your ideas and we’ll work to your exact requirements and devise the perfect crate. Leave it to us to beautifully brand the crate with names or logos, and arrange swift and efficient delivery. Find out more here.

If there are any problems with the gift when it arrives please get in touch with us as soon as possible. On the rare occasion that a gift needs to be returned we will offer a refund to the buyer as soon as the crate and its contents are returned to us in saleable condition.

Any refunds will be processed by us within 24 hours of agreement, though the speed of banking providers to process refunds can vary.

We are unable to offer a refund on personalised slates or crates.

Yes. If you’re not sure which of our gifts to choose you can send a gift vouchers instead. Please call us on 020 7627 0800 to place your order.

If you’ve received a gift voucher you can redeem it online, via email or over the phone on 020 7627 0800. Please have your unique code ready.
