Our Five-spice Pepper Crate hits the bookshops!
We're very proud of our in-house food writer, Sam Gates, as today sees the publication of her new book, The Batch Cook Book. Sam writes and tests all our recipes using plants and ingredients here at GG HQ, so we can testify to her talents!
We were also lucky to be the chief guinea pigs and official tasters for The Batch Cook Book's numerous recipe tests, so the team already have a few favourites, including this warm and fragrant Five-spice honey soy baked chicken. This one was made using ingredients from our Five-spice Pepper Crate, and photographed on our favourite Glut backdrop.It's a big feast of a dish that feeds 6-8 with plenty of tasty leftovers.
