Salad Burnet, Tansy and Clary Sage are beautiful herbs with a range of culinary and medicinal virtues - they deserve to be as treasured by the modern gardener as they were by their medieval counterparts.
These fragrant herbs are extremely simple to grow. All you’ll need is a small container, some water and a warm, sunny spot on the windowsill. Within 6-8 weeks the seedlings will be ready to plant into the ground or into pots.
