Gluttonous Gardener Warehouse

We take great pride in sending our unique gifts throughout the land to surprise and delight your loved ones. Long after the cake has been eaten and the balloons have deflated, our growing gifts serve as a treasured reminder of your most special occasions.

Gardener Ned Trier germinated his idea nearly 30 years ago when he found himself in yet another London traffic jam en route to a client’s garden. Keen to avoid the traffic and to keep busier in the quieter months he devised a plan to deliver a range of growing gifts for the same price as a decent bunch of flowers. After a lot of trial, and a few errors, he had designed a beautiful and sturdy wooden crate to keep plants safe on their journey and began delivering his unique gifts.

It wasn’t long before those quieter winter months were no longer a problem. Orders came flying in and soon the small collection of gifts had grown to the range of over 180 that you can choose from today. We’re now a team of ten, busily delivering thousands of exceptional gifts throughout the country.

With Ned's horticultural expertise we cultivate and nurture the majority of our plants at Orchard Cottage, our nursery in Berkshire. Each crate is lovingly hand packed to order at our Battersea HQ and sent by overnight courier, ensuring that each and every gift arrives on the date of your choice, looking as wonderful as it did when it left us. Our friendly, knowledgeable (and now award-winning!) customer service team are on hand to give green-fingered advice and ensure simple ordering and swift delivery.

We’re proud that our gifts accompany life’s most joyful occasions and think that our crates are truly wonderful, but you don’t have to take our word for it! You can see what people are saying about their Gluttonous Gardener gifts here.
