Unsuccessful delivery

Two attempts at delivery will be made on consecutive working days by our couriers and the recipient will be carded on both attempts. Those in flats or gated communities may not be carded if access cant be gained to their front doors. Parcels will be kept for 5 days at our couriers depot after the second delivery attempt, if the recipient has not contacted them it will be returned to us.

Resending the parcel following a failed delivery will incur extra delivery charges. Extra delivery charges may also be incurred if there is a third delivery attempt or the delivery address is changed. We can only deliver goods to the address specified at time of ordering and cannot be held responsible for late deliveries due to inaccurate or wrong addresses.

Substitutes and Seasonality

If we do not have suitable stock of the plant that you have ordered on the day of dispatch we will ring you to discuss a suitable alternative or advise you of the date that we will be getting further stock.

Seasonal considerations must be borne in mind with all plants as they will all look different depending on the time of year and season. If choosing a deciduous plant please be aware that it may look bare in the winter months but will of course perk up once Spring arrives. If in doubt please don’t hesitate to contact us to ask how they are looking before you order.
